FAQs

Do you supply to trade and non-trade customers?
Yes, any order, big or small, that’s what we’re here for.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we have our own transport so can easily arrange delivery.
Do you give a time slot for delivery?
Our deliveries are usually carried out between 7.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday. We can give you a two to three hour time slot the afternoon before the day of delivery and also arrange to call you on the day when we’re thirty minutes away to save you waiting around.
Can I collect same day?
This would obviously depend upon what you’re after and how quickly you can pay however, we are usually able to squeeze small orders in for same day collection. If you don’t ask you don’t get!
Can I pay by card?
We do not accept card payments I’m afraid. We have found that payment via online banking by bank transfer has been welcomed by the majority of our customers to save us having to include a card transaction fee within our costs to our customers.
Do you supply and build and do you carry out site surveys?

We are only suppliers however, our sister company; Jade-Aden Services Ltd would be able to assist with the whole package if needed. info@jade-aden.co.uk

What is the longest length of metal roof or wall sheets you supply?

In-house, the longest length we can press up is 3660mm (12ft).  We can however supply longer lengths from an external source that we work closely with.  We have supplied sheets up to 7m in length in the past, but things to take into consideration are; the costs of the transportation of these and the manhandling of them on site.

Do you offer and anodising service?

We don’t I’m afraid.

How long will it take for you to provide a quotation?
We always aim to reply to our enquiries straight away or within 2-3 hours.
What is your turnaround on deliveries or collections?
This would depend upon our current workload and your method of payment. The quicker we are in receipt of payment, the quicker you can get your order. We are able to turn orders around in anything from a few hours to a few days, again depending on what you need. How long is a piece of string?
Do we have to be in or on site on the delivery date?
We are happy to unload small orders and put them in a safe suitable place for you, however, once delivery has been made without a signature, we are unable to take any responsibility for them should they become damaged or stolen for example.
How much is delivery to my area?

We try to keep delivery costs to a minimum and only charge when we need to, to cover costs. For example, a local delivery within say a 10 mile radius from us would cost a nominal £30.00 and further afield would be based on mileage.

Can we open a trade credit account with you?
Once we have received a few orders from a trade customer, we can send a credit account application form to you for completion to enable a credit account to be set up for your business upon receipt of satisfactory trade references.
Can you design what I need?

Whilst we do not offer design facilities, on basic projects we like to work with our customers in offering advice and assistance with what they’re trying to achieve.  Between us we’ll be able to work it out.

What is the longest length of purlin or zed you can supply?

We can offer 1.6mm and 2mm thick galvanised purlins in up to 4m lengths or we can internally sleeve them for bolting together on-site if longer lengths are required.

Can you supply powder coated items?

Yes, we have a good working relationship with a powder coater not too far from us which enables us to offer a quick turnaround on polyester powder coated items.

Directions:

As you turn onto the trading park from the roundabout, head down to the end of the road to the t-junction, turn left, then at the roundabout take the second exit and follow the road down to the left as far as it will take you.

We are located in the large building through the black fencing/gates at the end of that road.
