Cladding Teks And Caps
These are self drilling so no need for pre-drilling. They have a 5/16th hex head and come with a saddle washer which offers an excellent seal.
We stock; SF25 stitchers for lap fixing / fixing of one flashing to another, TF45 wood teks for fixing into a wooden structure, LS25 light section teks for steel application into 3mm maximum thickness and HS38 heavy section teks for steel into over 3mm in thickness.
We also supply 19mm hex head colour caps in a wide range of BS & RAL colours to suit the above teks.
Stainless Steel Bolts, Nuts, Penny & Neoprene Washers
We hold stock of a basic range of M10 and M6 hex/dome/socket button stainless steel fixings which we regularly supply with our gutter and rainwater systems, as well as separately. We can also offer colour coated heads to match the product application.
Coloured Rivets
We stock 4.8mm x 15mm multigrip aluminium rivets in a wide range of BS & RAL colours.
Sealant
Our low modulus Soudal Silirub sealant is suitable for :- medium movement – general glazing, metal & plastic assembly joints, perimeter sealing of window & door frames and flashings and is available in clear, black and white.
We also supply Soudaflex Polyurethane sealant which is suitable for; aluminium fabrications, bolted lap joints, gutter sealing and is available in clear, black and white.
For the sealing of lap joints, we provide 6x5x9.6m butyl and for gutter applications we provide 50x6x 5m butyl.
Stelmax Repair Paste
Stelmax is available in a wide range of BS & RAL colours from stock, in 132g tubes. The paste is used for sealing, joining and repairing PVC, PVCu & PVC coated materials to themselves and also to most porous materials such as brickwork and wood. When fully cured, the paste gives a water resistant colour matched seal.
